Sealed proposals are to be submitted electronically for the 2026 Pavement Marking Project. The work generally includes replacement and installation of standard (paint & beads) and hot thermoplastic pavement markings on various roads throughout West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Questions must be submitted via the "Public Q&A" feature within PennBid. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures as established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry apply for bids over $100,000.00, and minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on the project. West Cornwall Township retains the right to reject any and all bids or to waive omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its discretion. Question Deadline 05/29/2026 Award is subject to final approval.
