Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid program by West Cornwall Township for the Scenic Ridge Park Improvements Project. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing basketball and playground equipment and mulch, construction of two pickleball courts, installation of new playground structure, installation of new playground mulch, installation of new chain link fence with gates, and all other associated work as fully described in the bid specifications. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond for ten percent of the bid total. Bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids over $25,000.00 and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project. West Cornwall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
