The Project Area of this Site Preparation Contract consists of the following general area Located around Lycoming College near Grampian Boulevard, extending from the vicinity of Market Street east toward Faxon Parkway. all as shown on the Construction Drawings designated as Construction Plans for Bike Safety Project City of Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. In addition to the Equal Employment requirements of Executive Order 11246 regarding discrimination, the CONTRACTOR must establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 1% goal for minority participation in his/her aggregate on-site construction workforce for contracts in excess of $10,000. The project consists of adding shared lane pavement markings or "sharrows" and signs to delineate the route along existing roads within the city of Williamsport to connect preexisting bike paths together and create a new loop for cyclists to use.
