The work includes performing maintenance dredging at the South San Francisco Ferry Terminal and optional maintenance dredging at the Oyster Point Marina Dock 11 and Guest Dock. Tasks include disconnection, removal, storage and protection of the existing ferry loading float; disconnection, lift, and temporary support of the existing permanent gangway in accordance with provided instructions, using existing piles; transportation of the permanent ferry loading gangway and float to a berthing location within the facility; dredging and disposal of sediments at authorized disposal sites; completion of all work within the specified work window; reinstallation of permanent gangway and ferry float system including reconnection, restoration and inspection of all contractor-disconnected utilities as necessary; and conducting hydrographic surveys, including pre, post and condition surveys as detailed in the contract documents. Contractors are required to submit a schedule with their bids.
