Sealed proposals will be accepted for the following work: milling of bituminous paving notch (192 LF), milling of bituminous pavement (3,770 SY), WMA binder course 19.0 mm mix (663 tons), WMA wearing course 9.5 mm mix Level 1 (398 tons), and bituminous curb (285 LF). Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project.
