Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 38,106-square-foot, six-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Interior renovations to the 61-unit Goose Hollow Lofts apartment building to convert the property to income-restricted affordable housing. Set-asides: 30% HUB. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Building improvements and interior alteration to the existing 6-story multi-family building and affordable housing conversion to the existing Goose Hollow Lofts located at 1450 SW Jefferson Street in Portland, Oregon. 2. Interior improvements include removing work done without permits or inspections and interior remodel to the existing lobby space to create new resident services and property manager offices, new ADA Toilet Room, new IT Closet with HVAC mini-split unit, reconfigured Ground Floor Bike Storage Area with gate access, new vertical and horizontal bike racks, relocated bike fix-it station, etc., new bike parking alcoves with vertical bike racks (floors 3-6), as well as the removal of existing garbage disposals throughout each Dwelling Unit. 3. Exterior improvements include reversing the swing of an existing wood storefront entry door and new wall mounted HVAC mini-split unit. 4. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The estimated cost range for the Project is $500,000 to $800,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
