Work will maintain a minimum 15-foot roadway clearance, remove hazardous or unhealthy limbs, and follow ANSI A300 and ANSI Z133.1 standards under on-site supervision of an ISA Certified Arborist. Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, debris disposal, and required traffic control, including obtaining a ROW permit. Work will be performed on a time-and-materials, not-to-exceed basis.
