Description In collaboration with the Cégep, the Biopterre Bioproducts Development Center has decided to build new infrastructure that will allow it to bring all its activities under one roof while benefiting from facilities at the cutting edge of technology, especially in the research greenhouses. The chosen implementation mode for the Project is the "Progressive Design-Construction" or CCP mode. This RFQ is the first step in the selection process. Candidates selected at the end of the Call for Qualifications will be invited to the second stage of the selection process, namely the Call for Proposals, to submit a proposal comprising a qualitative component and a financial component, with no overall fixed price, to carry out the co-development phase of the Project. During this second phase, they will participate in a collaboration evaluation workshop and an interview. They must then demonstrate their ability and willingness to optimize the Project, notably by collaborating with the Cégep in an open-book approach during the co-development phase and throughout the entire Project until its closure. At the end of the Call for Proposals, only one applicant will be selected to enter into a co-development agreement with the Cégep. The objective of the co-development phase is to develop the design at a level sufficient to allow the Contractor to submit a technical proposal and a fixed price for completing the design and carrying out the construction work, and conclude a design-construction contract with the Cégep.
