The scope of work includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the installation of 131 linear feet of 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe, four Type “M” inlets, one concrete end wall, and associated incidental work. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than ten percent of the bid amount, subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount and a Maintenance Bond in the amount equal to fifteen percent of the contract amount, required on the specified Bond Forms and Waiver of Lien. The work shall be paid for in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The right is reserved to waive any informality in the Bid, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept any Bid deemed most favorable to the Owner.
