Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approximately 123,250 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat; 11,135 of SY of Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application; 5:34 SY and 131,832 SY of Asphalt Fog Seal. Performance bond and payment bond is the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
