Site work and paving for a civil project in Lakeview Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Porter Township is proposing improvements along Whittaker Farm Road includes the following: Removal and replacement of three (3) existing cross pipes. Replacement will be with 18-inch black plastic smooth bore pipe including the installation of new headwalls and endwalls with riprap aprons to stabilized outlets. Installation of three (3) new cross pipes. The proposed pipes will be 18-inch black plastic smooth bore pipe and will include the installation of new headwalls and endwalls with riprap aprons to stabilized outlets. All pipes shall be kept as shallow as practical to ensure a minimum 2% fall inlet to outlet. Roadway grading to a 4% center crown. Please 3-inch 2A agreement. Paver placement of DSA to a uniform loose depth of 6-inches, 16-feet wide. Compact with a vibratory roller (minimum 10 Ton) to a depth of 4-inches. Grade wide, shallow ditches with continuous fall. Stabilize ditches post grading with erosion and sediment control matting. Installation of 6-inch depth, 2A aggregate and 6-inch depth, driving surface aggregate along Whittaker Farm Road. Tree trimming and/or removal as needed for the proposed construction. Installation of eight (8) turn outs. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/1/2023 4:30 PM
