Online bids will be received by Delaware Township, Pike County, PA for the Thiel Road 2026 Paving Project. All questions concerning the bid documents or the project in general should be submitted through PennBid no later than 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Questions Due Date: Jun 3rd 2026, 4:00 PM EDT Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least 10 percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond and Labor and Material Bond in an amount of 100% of the contract amount.
