Renovation of an educational facility in Sellersburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than the on site evaluation date. Steve Doyle / Director of Facilities Silver Creek School Corporation E-mail: sdoylescsc.school Phone: 812-248-7162 Replace 2 heating boilers at Silver Creek Middle School, furnish labor, material and equipment to replace the two boiler main controllers and the automation panel on the boilers. This includes: Provide two new Lochinvar Crest condensing boilers. Disconnect the existing boilers from all utilities and haul away for disposal. Set the new boilers on the existing concrete pads. Reconnect the hot water supply and return piping. Includes rework to match new layout and replacement of insulation. Reconnect the gas piping to the new layout. Reconnect the condensate piping. Reconnect the intake combustion air ductwork. Provide new 8" SS venting from the boiler to the existing vent locations. Interlock the new boiler with the existing Trane BAS. Note: Final programming will require Trane to integrate with the existing system. Start the units and test operations.
