The work consists of cleaning the beds at the beginning of the season, weeding and maintaining them throughout the year. The contractor must provide the expertise, specialized labor, tooling, transport and equipment necessary for the general maintenance of the land, landscaping and plants that make up them. The PUBLIC BODY reserves the right not to consider a question or request for clarification submitted by a BIDDER if it does not result in any modification to the Tender Documents and is forwarded to it by FIVE (5) business days or less before the specified cutoff date and time for receipt of Submissions.
