The CITY is seeking Proposals from qualified firms or individuals (“Contractor”) to provide PSVC EPL. The scope includes replacing existing coax-based and IP cameras with Axis IP cameras & NVR in the police department, as well as replacing existing cabling & cameras in multiple City of Tupelo buildings. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, mailed or hand-delivered to the City of Tupelo Finance Office, with the outside of the envelope clearly marked with the RFP name and number and the respondent’s name or company name. Submissions must be received by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. Selection criteria and mandated minimum submission contents and format are specified by the full RFP. Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.
