Installation and sustainment of a surveillance camera system along the BNSF railway corridor that passes through the installation are required to address identified security gaps. The contractor shall provide all labor, technical expertise, equipment, and materials necessary to install, integrate, and support a live-feed surveillance system that enables security forces to monitor railway access points and respond to potential intrusions or perceived threats. The system must meet all Performance Work Statement requirements, including personnel qualifications and security criteria, and support continuous operational readiness. Services are to be completed within a 150-calendar-day period of performance following contract award under a firm-fixed-price arrangement. Location: F.E. Warren Air Force Base, 300 Randall Ave, F.E.
