Washroom Revitalization – Phase 2 at Park Lane PS. The Contractor shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded. The successful Contractor shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract. This project shall be substantially completed by October 30, 2026. Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours. Any work affecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law. If the bid submission exceeds $500k, awarded contractors/vendors will be required to submit digital Labour and Material Bonds and Performance Bonds using Form 31 and Form 32, including HST. TDSB will only accept digital bonds. Submit digital bonds to the attention of the Contract Specialist. At the discretion of the Purchasing Department, the Contract Specialist may request a complete price breakdown of your Base Bid Price from the unofficial low bidder(s) after closing, to be provided within 5 business days. Failure to submit may deem your bid non compliant. If applicable, the contractor is responsible for providing sufficient insurance coverage for supplies, equipment, etc. for the project.
