Bids are solicited for pavement improvement work at the ACUA City Island Treatment Plant in Atlantic City, NJ and at the ACUA Hanemann Environmental Park in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The work includes, but is not limited to: milling and removal of the existing bituminous concrete layer, replacement of the existing soil subgrade with aggregate subbase course, installation of new bituminous concrete course(s), repair of potholes full-depth, paving surface restoration, and sealing of bridge concrete deck joints. All work must be performed according to the plans and specifications. Question Submission Deadline: June 12, 2026, 4:00pm All questions relating to technical aspects of the bid are to be directed in writing to the Authority Procurement and Contracts Manager via the ACUA's eProcurement Portal. Award is subject to final approval.
