Design-Builder Services (Modified Design-Build Projects) Canadian Forces Housing Agency - Residential Portfolio Capital Investment Plan, 19 Wing, Comox (CX) and Esquimalt (ES), Pacific (PAC) Region. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is requesting Proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct multi unit residential housing. Two contracts will be awarded as a result of this RFP, one at 19 Wing, CFB Comox, and one at CFB Esquimalt, each following a modified design-build approach. Firms qualified to provide these services are invited to submit proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. Questions regarding this solicitation are to be directed only to the point of contact identified in this advertisement. Bidders who address their questions to anyone other than the point of contact during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
