Reference Number 0000322682 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide "as and when required" professional services for material testing at CFB Kingston, Ontario. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The objective of this ITT is to select the Proponent with the highest total score. The SO will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $200,000. The SO may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period and increased by a value of $100,000 at any time during the term of the SO and at the sole discretion of DCC. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $5,000 and $20,000. The maximum value of a Call-up is $50,000. Refer to the ITT document for additional information. Proponents who address their questions to anyone other than the point of contact during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
