Reference Number 0000424792 The project will be completed under a single prime contract with the General Contractor responsible for all aspects of the work. The project scope includes site development for two (2) Tiny Homes and consists of the following: Site preparation and development, including earthwork, concrete footings/foundations, foundation insulation, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, overhead electrical service, underground water and sewer utilities, plumbing connections to the tiny homes, batt and rigid insulation on the underside of the floor framing, installation of pressure-treated front porches, railings and stairs, and a pressure-treated privacy fence. The two (2) Tiny Homes have already been constructed and completed by BOCES. The General Contractor will be responsible for transportation, mobilization, rigging, crane setup, and placement of the (2) Tiny homes from BOCES to the site.
