Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

A. CONTRACTOR shall review site conditions with CITY personnel prior to commencement of work. Upon commencement of work, if adverse conditions arise affecting the work or safety, CONTRACTOR shall immediately cease work and contact Facilities Manager (FM) or designee. B. CONTRACTOR shall take video of the service area and around the chiller system prior to commencement and upon completion of the project and submit to the FM or designee. C. All Exterior surfaces: a. CONTRACTOR shall pressure wash, prep, prime and paint all exterior surfaces. Taking care not to paint any window glass, fixtures, signage or brick. b. CONTRACTOR shall remove all flaking/peeling paint on all the exterior of Eau Gallie Civic Center. c. CONTRACTOR shall repair all damaged stucco and finish to match existing texture. d. CONTRACTOR shall prep, prime and paint all painted stucco, concrete, and metal surfaces including columns, four front doors, and metal trim. e. CONTRACTOR shall prep, prime and paint all painted and unpainted pipes, electrical conduits, gutter pipes and boxes with the surfaces. f. CONTRACTOR shall prep, prime and paint all wood and/or metal trim, drip edges, doors, casings, fascia and window trim. g. CONTRACTOR shall apply one (1) coat of exterior primer and minimum two (2) complete coats of exterior grade finish. Additional coats will be required to provide uniform and proper coverage. h. CONTRACTOR shall prep, prime and paint all unpainted and painted rain gutters and downspouts. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for pressure washing, minor repairs, and painting including but not limited to, surface preparation, cleaning, patching, caulking, scraping, sanding, priming and finish coat painting. The City of Melbourne is requesting bids from qualified firms for pressure washing, minor repairs, and painting the exterior of the Eau Gallie Civic Center. Question Deadline 06/19/2026 at 2:00 PM ET
