Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The project includes proposed improvements to improve traffic operations for vehicles entering the approach to Bell Circle from Beach Street. The early action improvements are consistent with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) Section 61 findings and the anticipated scope of the final design concept for this area of Bell Circle. Specific design elements for the early action design include: - Exclusive right turn lane from Beach Street to Route 1A eastbound - Median and circle island modifications in the southwest quadrant - Pavement markings and traffic signage in the southwest quadrant - Sidewalk, driveway, and pedestrian ramp reconstruction in the southwest quadrant - Pavement resurfacing in the southwest quadrant Question Deadline 06/04/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be received in writing no later than the end of the business day seven calendar days before the date.
