The Project consists of: Elevator upgrades at one mid-rise building with matching equipment and finishes. Work includes cables, counterweights, machine, car, cab interior, door replacement, battery lowering device, steel access door and hardware to elevator pit and electrical connection to new equipment and HVAC that serves elevator cab, hoistway and machine room. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on June 4, 2026 @ 1:00 PM.
