As of June 11, 2026, project is awarded to PERRAM ELECTRIC, INC., in the amount of $170,293.65. Signal upgrades to the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Main St. and Elm St. The upgrades will include radius improvements, new curb ramps, pedestrian signal heads, pedestrian pushbuttons, cabinet, controller, and vehicle detection. Question Deadline 05/31/2026 Questions received less than 4 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. If no response within 24 hours call (937-497-0200). A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 10 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids as well as Alternates, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
