Signal upgrades to the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Main St. and Elm St. The upgrades will include radius improvements, new curb ramps, pedestrian signal heads, pedestrian pushbuttons, cabinet, controller, and vehicle detection. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
