Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to remove potholes with a motor grader and provide and spread approximately 530 tons of Road Stone gravel at Myre Big Island State Park within Freeborn County. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal; no email or faxed responses will be accepted. Contractors must review all attachments and comply with all requirements. The unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax, and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply. Responses not complying with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping, or by total, as deemed most advantageous. After submitting a response, the bidder will receive a confirmation message that should be printed and saved.
