Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Amherst, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of work consists of executing and completing all work required for expansion of parking lot, ramps, lighting, EV Chargers and landscaping restoration . 1. Construction of the proposed Mail Services Building Lot 24 Improvements including, but not limited to: a. Mobilization and preparation of the site, including installation of temporary site fencing, site security and protection of Work and installation of erosion and sedimentation control measures; b. Utility locating and protection of utilities to remain; c. Surveying, staking, construction layout; d. Construction, materials, and performance testing; e. Selective site demolition and disposal; f. Clearing of existing vegetation within Limit of Work; g. Earthwork; h. Drainage; i. Electrical utilities; j. Concrete; k. Parking and walkways; l. Pavement; m. Ramp (Alternate 1); n. Site restoration; o. Site cleanup; p. Project closeout, including providing as-built survey(s) and record drawings upon completion of construction. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Project estimate is $250,000.00 Question Deadline 06/05/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Questions must be submitted by selecting "Tools" and then "Q&A Board". The Minority Business Enterprise participation goal for this Contract is 4.2%. The Women Business Enterprise participation goal for this Contract is 8.8%. The applicable minority workforce utilization percentage is 15.3%. The applicable women workforce utilization percentage is 6.9%. Site Visit :- Bidders shall visit the site during the pre-bid conference, at the time specific in the advertisement and the bid documents. If allowed, bidders may visit on a non-holiday weekday acceptable to the UMA project Manager, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to visually inspect the location of the work and existing conditions that may affect new work.
