A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are requested from qualified contractors for a project involving recoating the trough of primary clarifiers at a water pollution control plant. All labor costs, as well as the cost and availability of equipment, materials, and supplies required to perform the services, must be included in the proposal. Bids must reflect delivery, installation, and set-up charges as needed, with goods set in place ready for use and all items being new and of average quality. No remanufactured, refurbished, or used goods are allowed. Product information should be included with the bid. Bids must be complete and based on the provided terms, conditions, and specifications. The County reserves the right to award in whole or in part and to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. All communication with the issuing department must be in writing, and inquiries must clearly reference relevant sections and page numbers. Addenda will be issued as needed and must be acknowledged by bidders. Bids must be held firm for 90 days after opening. Questions and responses affecting the scope of goods will be provided to all prospective Bidders by issuance of an Addendum. PURPOSE: This purpose of this project is to recoat weir troughs on 3 Primary Clarifiers (PCs) at the WPCP. Contractor shall prepare and recoat the flow surface of the following PC troughs. a. PC-1 (1975/1977) - 62'-43 /4" diameter, 2'3" bottom width, 2'3" wall height b. PC-2 (1975/1977) - 62'-43 /4" diameter, 2'3" bottom width, 2'3" wall height c. PC-3 (2011/2013) - 72'-11" diameter, 2'1" bottom width, 2' wall height Completion- (120) calendar days from NTP Award is subject to final approval.
