Can you please provide the make and model of the Clean Agent fire suppression system on site Monarch PCI-35. Can you please provide the total number of FDC lines on site There's APPROXIAMATLY 95 FDC's on post. Can you please provide the total number of standpipes for hydrotesting There's APPROXIAMATLY 2 standpipes for hydrotesting. Can you please provide the total number of fire line backflows on site There's APPROXIAMATLY 80 fire line backflows on post. Can you please provide the total number of fire pumps on site This should include the make, model, and the count for how many are diesel pumps and how many are electric pumps. There's 2 electric driven Patterson 12x8 MAA FP-C090807-02 pumps. --------------------- UPDATE 11 June 2026 - The Project Manager is Orville (Ramy) Massey, Orville.Massey@dla.mil, (804) 921-6694. Ignore all other references to a different Project Manager. Testing, inspection, and verification of the ITM fire suppression system are required to ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and contractual requirements. The work includes all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, testing instruments, and incidentals necessary to perform complete fire suppression system testing as defined in the Statement of Work. The contractor shall perform construction-related electrical testing activities, support inspections, document results, and correct deficiencies as required. Work shall be performed under a firm-fixed-price construction contract with a period of performance of 180 days from Notice to Proceed. The effort is subject to Department of Labor wage determinations for the locality, liquidated damages for late completion, and all applicable FAR Part 36 provisions. Technical acceptability will be evaluated based on compliance with all sections of the Statement of Work, with emphasis on Sections 3, 4, and 7, and past performance data obtained from CPARS and SPRS. the estimated Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $500,000-$1,000,000. Period of Performance: 180 days from NTP *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
