Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Christiansted, Virgin Islands. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The Virgin Islands Port Authority ("VIPA" or the "Authority") is seeking bids from a qualified licensed contractor to safely remove and legally dispose of the existing non-operational Chiller #2 located on the roof of the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport Terminal Building, St. Croix, USVI. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, rigging, hoisting, crane services if required, safety controls, temporary protection, permits, coordination, disposal, and incidentals necessary to safely complete the work. The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the right to waive or reject any or all bids and to award or refrain from awarding the described services within this solicitation.
