Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boyceville, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sth 170 E to Sth 64 The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life. Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 8.36 miles of STH 79 from STH 170 to STH 64 in Dunn County. Design a 4 inch mill and 4 inch overlay. Additional work includes railroad crossing surface work by railroad company, culvert work (1 replacement, 2 cleaning, 1 extension), adding high friction surface treatment & widening paved shoulders around 2 horizontal curves, inlet repair, adding 2 inlets & storm sewer, spot rehabilitation of guardrail at 2 bridges, pavement markings, and curb ramp upgrades. The pavement resurfacing work will be completed under detour until lower layer is paved and under traffic using lane closures with flagging operation for remainder of work. Railroad crossing work will be done under detour. Temporary pedestrian accommodations required for curb ramp work. Anticipated Construction Cost: $5,000,000-$5,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
