Tenders submitted must include the following services: -Dismantling of the old oil-fired system and the three tanks -Installation of a geothermal system with a capacity of 6 tonnes -Installation of a thermostat -Installation and connection of a new 400-amp electrical panel -Drilling for geothermal energy according to the number of boreholes and the required depth -Installation of a control panel -Installation of an air exchanger -Installation of 4 supply pipes and 2 return pipes -Installation of pumps, pipes and the heating system (geothermal unit) -Handling of the OSE programme grant application -Work on the ventilation system (docks), if required The installation of the geothermal heating system must be completed by 1 November 2026 at the latest.
