The work consists of providing easement restoration and Emergency Watershed Protection obstruction removal and disturbed land revegetation services as required by the Natural Resources Conservation Service. Services include restoring damaged easement areas, removing obstructions from waterways and affected lands, and performing site stabilization and revegetation activities. Work may involve clearing and grubbing, stripping, excavation, salvaging and spreading topsoil, seeding, and related land treatment activities in accordance with the performance work statement and applicable technical specifications. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract, with each task order defining its specific scope and period of performance. The contract will be firm-fixed price and is intended to support emergency and restoration needs identified by USDA-NRCS. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached performance work statement, pricing schedule, service contract labor wage determinations, approved seed mixes, and NRCS construction and conservation practice specifications referenced in the attachments.
