Provide non-personal Architect-Engineer professional land surveying and mapping services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to support the USDA Forest Service Rocky Mountain Region. Services include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and support necessary to perform cadastral and related survey work as defined in individual task orders. The scope primarily encompasses retracement and dependent resurveys of rectangular Public Land Survey System surveys, section subdivision, homestead entry and exchange surveys, mineral surveys, surveys of congressionally designated area boundaries such as wilderness areas, marking and posting of National Forest and National Grassland boundaries, monumentation of new corners and recovery, reestablishment, and remonumentation of lost or obliterated corners, maintenance or removal of previously marked boundary lines, geodetic control surveys, rights-of-way surveys, engineering and resource-specific site and location surveys, and general control surveys. Additional services include preparation of exhibits, certificates of survey, records of survey, certified corner recordations, Geographic Coordinate Database data collection and maintenance, drafting services using AutoCAD or ArcGIS, boundary management data entry, and other surveying activities defined in the Region 2 Boundary Management Contract Specifications. Work will be issued through firm-fixed-price task orders and performed in accordance with FAR Subpart 36.6 requirements and applicable federal, state, and local standards.
