Construction of a new approximately 30,000 SF, one-story standalone operations center to be located at Public Works Road in Chesterfield, VA. The project will have a laydown yard of approximately 3.5 acres and a support yard of approximately 1.0 acre which will include a pole barn (covered parking). The support yard will contain a new covered parking structure of approximately 8,750 SF. Substantial Completion: 406 days. Final Completion: 30 days following Substantial Completion. Award is subject to final approval.
