Bidding documents may be examined free of charge at Eley-McPherson Engineering or participating plan rooms and purchased online. Only those who purchase documents are eligible to bid. Bids may be submitted in person, by mail, or electronically, and specific marking requirements for sealed envelopes must be followed, including company name, address, and Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility Number.
