The work consists of providing comprehensive inspection, testing, and maintenance services for the water storage tank facility in support of a five-year requirement. Services include furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and technical expertise necessary to inspect three water storage tanks and all associated components, including monitoring systems, valves, controls, alarms, and appurtenances. Inspections shall be performed while the tanks remain in service and contain water, requiring the use of qualified water storage tank inspection divers. The scope includes water quality and disinfection inspections, reporting requirements, and classification and documentation of deficiencies in accordance with the draft Statement of Work. All inspection and maintenance activities shall comply with AWWA M42, ANSI/AWWA D102, NFPA 22, NFPA 25, and all applicable federal, state, and Department of Veterans Affairs regulations.
