The work consists of providing non-personal underground storage tank inspection and testing services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to perform complete inspection and maintenance services for underground storage tanks, in compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 Underground Tank Regulations, and ANSI/ALI ALOIM-R2013 requirements. Services include reviewing and complying with applicable federal, state, and county standards, performing required testing and inspections, and supporting regulatory compliance for environmental protection and safety. The contractor is also expected to identify applicable certifications, provide input on the clarity of the Performance Work Statement, and recommend an appropriate CLIN structure for payment, such as monthly or per-inspection pricing, in support of market research purposes.
