The work includes the renovation and expansion of an existing parking lot, installation of a sand volleyball court, resurfacing of an existing basketball court, landscaping, as well as other miscellaneous sitework required to complete the project as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Sealed bids will be accepted at the specified location until the designated time, at which point they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid documents are available upon request by email and will be sent digitally at no cost. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Peggy Motta in writing to pmotta@napervilleparks.org. Questions will be received in writing only through 12:00 PM, June 1, 2026. THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE ARE FOR "REVIEW ONLY". IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN ELIGIBLE BID, CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO GET A COPY OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FROM THE OWNER - NAPERVILLE PARK DISTRICT. Award is subject to final approval.
