Manitoba Public Insurance wishes to retain a Vendor to provide and perform all full inclusive elevator and escalator preventative maintenance services in cityplace located at 234 Donald Street and 266 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The preventative elevator and escalator maintenance services are inclusive of all parts and supplies required and are described in detail in this RFT and its Schedules (collectively, the Services), as more fully described in the RFT. There is a size limitation on bid submissions of 20 MB per file. Multiple files may be submitted. It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions. A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor shall attend. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors should confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 6.03. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
