Work includes demolition of the existing 4 Unit Residential Apartment Building at 5090 Sideline 22, Pickering Ontario. The scope comprises abatement of all designated substances and materials as outlined in the Hazardous Material Survey report; demolition of the existing building including all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and site servicing items as detailed in the drawings, specifications, and contract documents; site backfilling and restoration with terra-seeding or hydro-seeding; and miscellaneous works per drawings, specifications, reports, and contract documents as necessary to complete the project.
