Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Install 700 feet of water main, 1,470 feet of sanitary sewer, and 760 feet of storm sewer utilities. Project will also include asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter and aprons, restoration, and traffic control. Pre-qualification: Required 2026 7th & Well Reconstruction project will reconstruct portions of 7th Avenue North, Pierce Street, and Well Street for utility replacements and roadway reconstruction. Additionally, the project will spot repair curb & gutter and asphalt pavement replacement on 8th Avenue North, and water valve replacements on Well Street at the intersection with Sand Lake Road and 16th Avenue North. Award is subject to final approval.
