Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 10,250-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
In general, the project consists of a weight/training room addition and renovation of the existing high school located at 700 Wilson Street in Onalaska, WI. The site work will include site preparation, excavating and earthwork, site utilities, Concrete curbs and walkways, asphalt parking lots, storm water management, and landscaping. The building will have approx. 10,250 q. ft. of new construction, approx..25,000+/- sq. ft. of complete Level 2 renovations. This is a continuation of the 2024 classroom renovation project. Included will be concrete footings and foundations, CMU, brick, and cast stone masonry, precast concrete plank, columns, and beams, structural steel, steel joist and deck, metal studs, metal fabrications, rough & finish carpentry, architectural woodwork and plastic laminate cabinetry, rigid and batt insulation, metal wall and soffit panels, single-ply EPDM roofing, flashings & sheet metal, caulking, hollow metal and FRP doors and frames, flush wood doors, aluminum store front, overhead doors, door hardware, glass & glazing, drywall, tile, resilient flooring, acoustical ceiling tile, carpeting, acoustical panels, painting, visual display boards, building signage, room signage, toilet partitions, toilet and bath accessories, window treatments, hydraulic elevator, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, air cooled chiller, building automation system, electrical systems, communications, and fire alarm.
