Renovation of a military facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Replace ceiling lighting and fans on the 1st, 3rd, and 6th floors in support of Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, located at 1968 Gilbert Street, BLDG W143, Norfolk, VA 23511. Only new equipment is accepted; no remanufactured or 'gray market' items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bidders must identify the country of origin for the items and include all costs such as shipping and any fees associated with Navy Working Capital fund payment. Quotes must include a lead time and detailed description of the quoted items, which may include photos or drawings, and should not simply copy and paste the RFQ description. A site visit is required for interested vendors, who must already have base access and pre-register with the government point of contact. Clarification requests regarding minimum requirements must be submitted in writing by email. Period of Performance is 06 Jul 2026 - 02 November 2026. The Place of Performance is 1968 Gilbert Street, Bldg W143, Norfolk, VA 23511. Fob Destination Will Be Used. Questions deadlines is 1200 (EST) 01 JUNE 2026.
