Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

This project will add a right turn lane from northbound Park Avenue onto Eastbound Brambleton Avenue. The work includes associated signal upgrades, pedestrian access, signs, pavement markings, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, and drainage improvements. In order to be considered for award, all prospective bidders shall be pre-qualified with the Virginia Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 102.01 of VDOT’s 2020 Road and Bridge Specifications.
