Renovation of a military facility in Dwg, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Question Deadline: Wednesday, 03 June 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT This requirement is for the purchase and installation of a total replacement of Legacy R22 Split HVAC System for B4983 at JBSA LAK 78236. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and quality assurance necessary to remove the existing HVAC system and install a new system meeting current Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), International Code Council (ICC), OSHA, and Air Force standards. The contractor shall deliver a complete, operational, commissioned HVAC system. Existing equipment consists of a Rheem Condenser and RUUD Air Handler unit, with no front-end control system installed. The R22 refrigerant system requires full replacement and the existing Honeywell controller and wiring are to be removed. Refer to salient characteristics and technical criteria listed in the attached RFQ. Please read carefully and follow all instructions in the RFQ accordingly.
