This project requires contractors to provide laboratory support services at the Yakama Service Unit in Toppenish, Washington. The contractor must supply one Medical Laboratory Scientist and one Medical Technician (Phlebotomy) to support diagnostic testing, specimen collection, phlebotomy, quality control, documentation in electronic health records, and coordination with healthcare providers in a moderate complexity outpatient clinical laboratory. Services must adhere to clinical and regulatory requirements including CLIA, COLA, OSHA, HIPAA, and the Privacy Act. All key personnel must meet credentialing, background, and health information security requirements, including certification and at least one year of relevant experience. Contractors must provide required documentation such as immunization certification, declaration of employment, certification of education and insurance, HIPAA agreement, and other forms within ten days after award. The contract performance will be monitored for quality, compliance, and timeliness, with payment based on completed and accepted services. Hourly records must be maintained using the Indian Health Service timekeeping sheet and all services are to be performed during clinic operating hours, not exceeding forty hours per week.
