Provide locked shred consoles and secure onsite document destruction services for the Yakama Indian Health Center located in Toppenish, Washington. Services are to be performed on a recurring monthly basis, with additional one-time shredding services available as needed. The contractor will supply all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and transportation necessary for secure destruction of sensitive documents in accordance with Indian Health Manual requirements, records management policies, and NSA/CSS standards. Locked shred bins and consoles (eight 64-gallon wheeled bins, three 32-gallon wheeled bins, and two locking consoles) must be provided, all keyed alike with a key for each provided to the Government. All bins will be staged by facility personnel in a designated secure waste holding area for the contractor to collect and shred onsite. Paper must be shredded to particles measuring 1 millimeter by 5 millimeters or smaller, and services must ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of materials as prescribed in federal standards and industry best practices. The contractor must provide service reports or Certificates of Destruction upon request and notify the Facility Manager at least forty-eight hours in advance of scheduled service or changes. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and tribal laws, regulations, and NSA/CSS Policy Manual 9-12 is required. The contractor will be escorted by Government personnel while onsite and will not require a background investigation. No government-furnished equipment or information will be provided.
