Construction services for the 3rd floor common area wall plaster and door patch and paint project at the James T. Foley Federal Courthouse, 445 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. The work includes repairing damaged plaster throughout the 3rd floor common area (approximately 2633 SF), painting repaired plaster to match existing finish, and repainting all doors and door trim to match existing finish (approximately 42 doors). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to make the required improvements per the construction documents and supporting documents. Work must be performed in an occupied building without disruption to tenant operations. The contractor must be proficient in construction services, including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and ACM. The contractor must have adequate labor, equipment, materials, and experience for building repairs, renovations, and alterations as required by the project. The contractor must procure, supply, and furnish all materials and labor per the design documents, drawings, and specifications. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive a contract award. Several solicitation documents will be posted as "Locked" packages on the https://sam.gov posting, and vendors must have a secure account to view or download the packages. Offerors are responsible for obtaining amendments from the site and for proposal submittal expenses. Dissemination of Controlled Unclassified Information (C.U.I.) must be limited to authorized users only.
