Janitorial services are required for multiple facilities within the Bridger-Teton National Forest in Jackson, Wyoming. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies not identified as Government-furnished to ensure all designated areas present a clean, healthful, and well-kept appearance. Services include, but are not limited to, cleaning floors, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning furnishings and furniture. The total area requiring cleaning is approximately 22,986 square feet, consisting of three areas or buildings: the combined Supervisor's Office and D4 space totaling 19,042 square feet, the Fire Cache/Engine 441 Office totaling 1,444 square feet, and the Teton Interagency Helibase totaling 2,500 square feet. The contractor shall comply with all required bio-based and biopreferred materials requirements identified in the solicitation. Questions shall be submitted via email to arlen.fausett@usda.gov and are due no later than May 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.
